Luljana Dollani joins Cognitive Corporate Finance as Associate

Cognitive Corporate Finance is delighted to welcome Luljana Dollani, who joins the firm as Associate in charge of assisting in developing the firm’s activities in Europe. To the extent the European market is booming, Luljana will be responsible for working with Cognitive’s European clients, as well as deepening the firm’s ties with the European ecosystem of alternative institutional investors: VC funds, growth debt funds, corporate venture arms, PE funds, etc.

Luljana carried obtained her BBA in Finance at the University of New York Tirana, Albania, and was later granted an Erasmus+ Grant to join the international Middle East Technical University in Ankara, Turkey, for an exchange program in B.Sc. Business Administration. 

Prior to joining CCF, Luljana worked with Smartcom Sh.A in Albania as Financial Securities Sales Agent and as Trading Senior Account Manager, where she managed international customers’ trading account through several CFD-s broker platforms; offered advice on the purchase or sale of particular financial securities in Foreign Exchange, Stock, Commodity, Indices and Cryptocurrency Markets; and managed international investors’ portfolios and suggested risk management strategies for them. 

She also worked as a self-employed Foreign Exchange Derivatives Trader, performing market technical and fundamental analyses and executing purchases and sales of Foreign Exchange CFDs derivatives. Following this, she interned as an Investment Banking Analyst with FinTalents, honing her skills regarding financial statements analysis, modeling methods, market research, M&A deliverables and corporate presentations.
